By submitting this application, the applicant gives full consent to AirAsia (L) Foundation to share its submission with any third party as AirAsia (L) Foundation in its absolute discretion deems necessary for the purpose of evaluation.

Nothing contained in this application form or the submission or any other communication made in respect of it between the applicant and AirAsia (L) Foundation will constitute an agreement by AirAsia (L) Foundation to sponsor the applicant or any other part unless the applicant receives a formal notice in writing from AirAsia (L) Foundation.

In consideration for evaluating this application, the applicant irrevocably agrees that AirAsia (L) Foundation shall assume no responsibility for or liability to the applicant or any other party in any manner whatsoever and howsoever arising from any submission made by the applicant pursuant to this application (including any intellectual property rights, if provided together with the submission).
